I value your business and appreciate your understanding with regard to my cancellation policy. As a courtesy, if you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If I cannot rebook the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Last minute cancellations or no-shows for gift certificates will result in the gift certificate being redeemed.
